Il intervient \u00e0 tous les niveaux depuis la conception de solutions techniques jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la r\u00e9ception des ouvrages.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La construction de maisons individuelles,<\/li>\n<li>La maintenance et la r\u00e9habilitation du cadre b\u00e2ti,<\/li>\n<li>La construction neuve (logement, tertiaire, industrielle, &#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9tudes, la coordination et le pilotage d\u2019op\u00e9ration, le contr\u00f4le technique,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sur chantier<\/strong>, il pr\u00e9pare les travaux en choisissant les modes op\u00e9ratoires les plus efficaces et les plus \u00e9conomiques, tout en restant attentif \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9. Il est responsable d\u2019une \u00e9quipe. Il ouvre le chantier, coordonne les interventions des diff\u00e9rents corps d\u2019\u00e9tat, v\u00e9rifie le budget, contr\u00f4le l\u2019avancement des travaux, ferme le chantier. Enfin, il veille au respect de la r\u00e9glementation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes<\/strong>, il participe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration du dossier technique destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre transmis aux entreprises. Il doit conna\u00eetre les diff\u00e9rents corps d\u2019\u00e9tat (gros-\u0153uvre et second \u0153uvre) et les travaux qu\u2019ils peuvent prendre en charge.
