{"id":3880,"date":"2025-03-25T10:45:01","date_gmt":"2025-03-25T09:45:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lyceelecorbusier.eu\/dsaa\/?p=3880"},"modified":"2025-03-25T10:49:27","modified_gmt":"2025-03-25T09:49:27","slug":"6-etudes-prospectives-pour-saverne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lyceelecorbusier.eu\/dsaa\/?p=3880","title":{"rendered":"6 \u00e9tudes prospectives pour Saverne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Partenaire et lieu d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation : <\/b><b>VILLE DE SAVERNE<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\"><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lyceelecorbusier.eu\/dsaa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2025\/03\/plan_Saverne.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"823\" height=\"709\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3887\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lyceelecorbusier.eu\/dsaa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2025\/03\/plan_Saverne.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lyceelecorbusier.eu\/dsaa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2025\/03\/plan_Saverne.png 823w, https:\/\/www.lyceelecorbusier.eu\/dsaa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2025\/03\/plan_Saverne-300x258.png 300w, https:\/\/www.lyceelecorbusier.eu\/dsaa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2025\/03\/plan_Saverne-768x662.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 823px) 100vw, 823px\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Les \u00e9tudiants de premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e DSAA Design In Situ Lab ont men\u00e9 \u00e0 Saverne, d\u2019octobre \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2024, une \u00e9tude portant sur la valorisation de deux espaces publics en y associant habitants et usagers.<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ce travail de prospective se concr\u00e9tise par un ensemble<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>de propositions de services, spatiales, graphiques, et mobili\u00e8res.<\/b><\/span><b> <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>Quartier du Zornhoff <br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b><span class=\"s3\">Dans le cadre de ses projets de transition, la ville de Saverne souhaite sanctuariser l\u2019\u00eelot vert <\/span><span class=\"s3\">du quartier du Zornhoff et d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux usages autour des modes de d\u00e9placements actifs, <\/span><span class=\"s3\">\u00e0 la fois dans le cadre des mobilit\u00e9s, mais \u00e9galement de l\u2019offre touristique. <br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">La parcelle de 7500 m<sup>2<\/sup> environ, actuellement occup\u00e9e par une friche bois\u00e9e, offre des opportunit\u00e9s de travail pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux enjeux \u00e0 venir dans le cadre du d\u00e9veloppement nouveau du quartier.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">La voie verte intercommunale qui passera \u00e0 proximit\u00e9, la requalification du glacis de la voie ferroviaire d\u00e9saffect\u00e9e, le cheminement informel le long du canal, la proximit\u00e9 de la gare et du port de plaisance sont autant d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s qui invitent \u00e0 poser la question des nouveaux usages potentiels <\/span><span class=\"s3\">de ces lieux. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>Quartier et place Saint Nicolas<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b><span class=\"s3\">Cette place situ\u00e9e au croisement d\u2019axes de circulations denses et se positionnant comme une articulation urbaine de premier plan ne pr\u00e9sente pas de qualit\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res d\u2019attractivit\u00e9. La ville souhaite r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 son \u00e9volution pour en faire un lieu de vie agr\u00e9able et reli\u00e9 \u00e0 la Grand\u2019rue toute proche.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s4\"><b>6 \u00e9quipes <\/b><b><\/b><\/span><span class=\"s5\">associant les comp\u00e9tences<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s5\">_ du design d\u2019espaces<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s5\">_ du design de produits<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s5\">_ du design graphique<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s4\"><b>4 axes de travail<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><span class=\"s5\">\u2022 Mobilit\u00e9s douces et actives<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">Sur chacun des deux sites, les liaisons avec les polarit\u00e9s proches sont porteuses de d\u00e9placements s\u2019inscrivant autant dans un plan des mobilit\u00e9s que dans une approche touristique d\u2019agr\u00e9ment et de promenades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s5\">\u2022 Nature en ville<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">La ville de Saverne pose un regard attentif sur la place de la nature, des arbres et des espaces verts dans l\u2019espace urbain. Le<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>site est l\u2019objet d\u2019enjeux forts autour de cette question qui sera abord\u00e9e autant sous l\u2019angle de l\u2019agr\u00e9ment que celui des transitions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s5\">\u2022 Balades urbaines<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">C\u2019est le d\u00e9veloppement de la promenade, de la d\u00e9tente et des besoins d\u2019am\u00e9nagement qui y sont li\u00e9s qui seront \u00e9tudi\u00e9s. Comment fl\u00e2ner en ville au-del\u00e0 du shopping ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s5\">\u2022 Rencontre et d\u00e9tente <br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">Au sein du quartier \u00e9tudi\u00e9, la ville souhaite favoriser la rencontre et les \u00e9changes, base du \u201cvivre <\/span><span class=\"s3\">ensemble\u201d et de l\u2019harmonie sociale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
