Le num\u00e9rique est un m\u00e9dium d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisant qui a pour promesse de r\u00e9unir les gens. Mais lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019incarne sur le lieu, il exclut et perturbe ceux qui existent d\u00e9j\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Le num\u00e9rique peut-il s\u2019incarner au service de l\u2019\u00e9panouissement humain ? Pour y r\u00e9pondre, nous avons choisi 2 axes d&#8217;hypoth\u00e8ses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forums hors les murs\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le contexte urbain actuel place le citadin sous une posture passive.
