Ayant eu une exp\u00e9rience dans l&#8217;industrie du plastique et l&#8217;agroalimentaire, Marion Roullet prend vite conscience de l&#8217;urgence \u00e9cologique et se tourne vers des recherches de mat\u00e9riaux responsables.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la visite de son atelier, elle a pu nous pr\u00e9senter les mat\u00e9riaux (souvent des d\u00e9chets organiques) \u00e0 partir desquels elle travaille, tel que des enveloppes de bl\u00e9 post-moisson, de l&#8217;amidon de ma\u00efs, ou encore du marc de caf\u00e9. La mise en forme de ces mat\u00e9riaux se fait par un moulage ainsi que par une compression d&#8217;environ 20 tonnes \u00e0 160\u00b0C refroidit par un circuit d&#8217;eau agissant sur la plaque, le moule ainsi que la mati\u00e8re compress\u00e9e. Ici, on d\u00e9couvre une r\u00e9elle volont\u00e9 de coproduire entre designers, scientifiques et agriculteurs locaux, une d\u00e9marche qui nous a beaucoup impact\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Quels sont nos axes de travail ? Le lien entre exp\u00e9rimentation et design, ainsi que l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat du workshop<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Durant les exp\u00e9rimentations de notre workshop, nous nous sommes tourn\u00e9s vers des compositions de plastiques bio-d\u00e9gradables, gr\u00e2ce a nos d\u00e9chets alimentaires, comme des \u00e9pluchures de pommes de terre, oranges, bananes, pommes, oignions, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Recettes test\u00e9es durant le workshop : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lyceelecorbusier.eu\/dnmade-is\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/44\/2023\/02\/recettes.pdf\">recettes<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9rimentations se sont pench\u00e9es sur des m\u00e9langes d\u2019\u00e9pluchures s\u00e9ch\u00e9es comme les peaux d\u2019oranges, de pommes ou de mandarines et d\u2019agar-agar. Nous avons donc continu\u00e9 nos exp\u00e9rimentations en utilisant du tissu, de la laine, du coton, du foin et autres fibres afin d\u2019apporter tant\u00f4t de la rigidit\u00e9 ou de la souplesse. Nous avons pu constater que ces techniques sont parfaites pour conserver \u00e0 petite dur\u00e9e, mais la plus concluante reste l\u2019enduit sur tissu. Elle permet plusieurs utilisations, notamment face \u00e0 l\u2019eau chaude; le bioplastique se dissout totalement et laisse place \u00e0 une mati\u00e8re seule et pr\u00eate au r\u00e9emploi sans
